Barbara Stewart earned an Associate Degree from Brooklyn College in 1971. Upon graduating, she started a modeling career. Her interest in the printing business began when she met her future husband, who was involved in the industry. She quickly adapted to the field, starting with graphics work and co-founding Union Printing with him in 1973. Barbara has dedicated more than 5 decades to business management and community service. Her commitment to excellence has been instrumental in establishing Union Printing's esteemed reputation and she is deeply committed to civic engagement and philanthropy. She serves as a board member of the Kiwanis Club of Tamarac and has held leadership roles such as President of the board for House of Hope Inc from 2004 to 2011. Barbara chairs fundraising efforts for mental health
and substance abuse initiatives at the James Club
Foundation and supports scholarships for women through
the Women’s Awareness Group. Recognized with many
awards including induction into Broward County
Women’s Hall of Fame and accolades from organizations
such as the Lions Club and Dolphin Democrats. Her
outstanding humanitarian efforts have been
acknowledged by the City of Lauderhill, FL as she was
named Woman of the Year. Her extensive professional
experience, civic dedication and trademark resilience,
continue to make a lasting impact on her industry and
community.

Frankie Medina is a dedicated medical professional and recovery advocate with over
three years of certified phlebotomy experience in Florida. Currently serving as a
Phlebotomist and Medical Assistant at Mayfaire Medical in Fort Lauderdale. Frankie is
recognized for his precision, patient-centered care, and deep compassion for individuals
navigating health and recovery challenges.
His professional background spans roles with the AIDS Healthcare Foundation and
Broward House, where he provided HIV and STI testing, facilitated “Chemsex” process
groups, and connected clients to vital mental health, housing, and substance-use
resources. Frankie’s hands-on expertise and commitment to continuing education have led
him to specialize further in HIV care, with multiple certifications and ongoing training
through the Florida Department of Health.
Since achieving recovery, Frankie has devoted his life to service, personal growth,
and giving back to the community. In 2023, he founded a C.M.A. (Crystal Meth
Anonymous) meeting at The Pride Center at Equality Park, which continues to grow
steadily. He also revived the H&I (Hospitals & Institutions) commitment for C.M.A. South
Florida, building a trusted team that now brings recovery meetings into multiple treatment
centers.
Balancing a thriving medical career with active community involvement, Frankie
embodies compassion, leadership, and purpose using his own experience to help others heal, recover, and find hope.

Certified Recovery Peer Specialist
Jerome S. Dingle is a seasoned leader, recovery advocate, and former military professional
with more than two decades of experience in leadership, operations, and community
service. Most recently, he served as the Respite Program Director at Fellowship Recovery
Community Organization (FRCO) in Margate, Florida, where he oversaw a 20-bed respite
program supporting individuals experiencing substance use disorders. In this role, Jerome
managed program operations, supervised staff, coordinated services with community
partners, and helped ensure participants received compassionate, recovery-focused
support.
Prior to his role as Respite Program Director, Jerome served as Housing Manager at FRCO,
where he mentored residents in a structured recovery environment and supported
individuals working toward long-term recovery and stability. His work in the recovery field
is complemented by professional credentials including certified Recovery Peer Support
Specialist (Adult, Veteran, and Peer) and Nationally Certified Motivational Interventionist.
Jerome’s background also includes service as a Deputy Sheriff with the Burlington County
Sheriff's Department in New Jersey, where he supported judicial operations and public
safety initiatives.
Before entering the recovery and public service sectors, Jerome dedicated 20 years to the
United States Army as an Infantryman, serving in multiple leadership positions including
Rifle Team Leader, Squad Leader, Platoon Sergeant, and Company First Sergeant. During
his military career, he completed five overseas deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, where
he led and trained soldiers while demonstrating exceptional leadership and operational
excellence.
Jerome holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Central Texas College and has
completed extensive military leadership training throughout his career. He has also served
on the Board of Directors for Project Rebirth and The Lucky Horse Sanctuary, reflecting his
commitment to community service and recovery advocacy.
In December 2025, Jerome relocated to Tennessee to pursue new opportunities and
adventures, bringing with him a lifelong dedication to leadership, service, and helping
others build stronger, healthier lives.
